About the Author

The author holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and International Politics. He was awarded a scholarship for the 2024-2025 academic year and full state funding for his master’s program.

He is proficient in the following languages: Georgian; Mingrelian; English; French; Russian; Spanish.
